This property is located in Building 1, but please be aware that Summerhouse Building 2 will be undergoing renovations beginning September 9th, 2024. The work is tentatively expected to be finished by June 1st, 2025. During this time, there will be active construction onsite which means there may be construction cars and crews, noise and limited parking. Please note, because of this, rental prices have been substantially reduced in this unit.
