Our Vacation Rental By Owner is located in handsome downtown Charleston and just mins. away from MUSC, the College of Charleston, and King Street’s shopping and nightlife. This downstairs unit of a Charleston single is great for everybody . The entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and silverware. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 4 bedrooms are all cavernous and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is elegantly decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and sizable windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be included with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Downtown Charleston, a neighborhood in Charleston, is home to this apartment. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Waterfront Park and Riverfront Park, while South Carolina Aquarium and Patriots Point are popular area attractions. When to visit Charleston & When to reserve a Charleston rental home:

  • Summer time is high season in Charleston. To get the best vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Charleston area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection.   • Double-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic stay? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it.
