Our Vacation Rental By Owner is located in pretty downtown Charleston and just mins. away from MUSC, the College of Charleston, and King Street’s shopping and nightlife. This downstairs unit of a Charleston single is great for everybody . The entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and silverware. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 4 bedrooms are all roomy and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is attractively decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and sizable windows that let in plenty of natural light.

This apartment is located in Downtown Charleston, a neighborhood in Charleston. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Waterfront Park and Riverfront Park, while South Carolina Aquarium and Patriots Point are popular area attractions. Check out an event or a game at North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center, and consider making time for USS Yorktown, a top attraction not to be missed.

Finding your perfect rental:

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a excellent time? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
