Summary:
Ideal for Nurses, Doctors and Professionals. Airy, light filled 2 bedroom apartment available for 30 nighttime minimum stays. This apartment has its own private entrance, two porches, a newly remodeled kitchen, and is located in downtown Charleston. There are two private off-street parking space included at no added cost. Park your car and walk everywhere. Great location with fast access to surrounding areas.

The Space:
The freshly refreshed apartment features a Queen size bed in bedroom 1, a Full sized bed in bedroom 2, full bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs, a comfortable living room, and a kitchen/dining area. The full bathroom features a enormous tiled shower. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and kitchen essentials for basic cooking. The living room has plenty of room to spread out and relax! We do allow well-behaved family pets for a non-returnable pet fee of $250/pet. No more than two pets are allowed and a separate signed Pet Addendum is required upon booking.

AirBNB is a re-seller, not our website. We list openings not already booked on our site here and on other booking portals that re-sell available nights at a higher rate to cover their surcharges & booking costs.   • June, July, and August are high season in the Charleston area area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
