This beautiful studio-style getaway (1BR/1BA) features a cozy queen bed and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, ideal for a casual and intimate stay!

Accessed through a private entrance and up two flights of stairs (no elevator), Unit D welcomes you with high ceilings, exposed brick, and an open layout that feels bright and inviting. The cozy lounge area includes a vibrant couch and a flat-screen Roku TV, ideal for unwinding after a day out.

The completely equipped kitchen includes basic cookware, a coffee maker supplied with locally roasted coffee, and a breakfast bar with seating for two, great for simple meals or morning coffee. A shared full-size washer and dryer is available on the first floor for added convenience.

Step outside and you’re immediately immersed in King Street’s lively dining, shopping, and nightlife scene. Please note that some ambient noise may be present due to the central location.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*
