We are not made aware of the schedule, but some days can be louder than others with most work being done during the weekdays from around 8am to 5pm. Our prices have been REDUCED and DISCOUNTED to reflect the additional noise that can occur during this neighboring project.

Guest Access:

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire property during their stay. This includes:

* The full 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home

* Front veranda and second-floor veranda with seating

* Dedicated off-street parking for up to three cars

* Use of the four available bicycles

The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy eateries, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The home is only a short walk from the very fashionable King Street where you will find a multitude of great stores – including antique stores, book stores and fashion stores – as well as countless buzzing eateries and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk nearly everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bicycle Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!



City of Charleston License: This property is legally licensed for short-term units. Permit numbers: 06785, 06786.

Air Mattress: A queen air bed with linens can be supplied upon request for additional sleeping flexibility.



Please Note: Downtown is continuing to grow, and there is ongoing construction and infrastructure work happening close by. As of 10/30/25, construction began in the surrounding area and may create daytime noise, especially on weekdays between roughly 8:00am–5:00pm. We enjoy your patience during daytime hours, please reach out with any questions before booking!

We offer our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. While we will not be present at the property, we are always available via the app messenger, text, or by phone 24/7 should you need any assistance or recommendations during your stay.
