Accessed through a private entrance and up two flights of stairs (no elevator), the apartment features high ceilings and enormous windows overlooking King Street, filling the space with natural light and city appeal. The open layout makes it painless to relax and savor your time together.

The living room is warm and welcoming, complete with a brick fireplace, a plush couch, cozy seating, and a flat-screen Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows. The entirely equipped kitchen includes basic cookware and a coffee maker outfitted with locally roasted coffee, plus a modest dining table for casual meals.

The bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, and the full bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower. A shared full-size washer and dryer are available on the first floor for added convenience.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*
