The Space: The Carriage House is a Victorian gem in StayDuvet's Revival Street Collection - a thoughtfully curated group of historic homes elegantly remodeled for modern living. Build in solid masonry construction in 2022 this charming home blends timeless appeal with modern amenities. A traquill fountain welcomes you as you ascend to the second floor, where a grandiose piazza spans the length of the home, inviting indoor-outdoor relaxation.

Inside, the main living level features a comfortable sitting area with a plush plum couch, armchairs, and a enormous flat screen TV. The adjacent kitchen offers classic style with modern stainless steel appliances and a sizable wooden dining table that seats six. One of the home's four bedroom sis located on this level, featuring a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the piazza. A laundry closet off the dining area adds convenience to your stay.

Upstairs, the third level hosts three additional bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed, double closets, and an fashonable ensuite bathroom with a glass walk in shower and dual vanity. Two additional bedrooms, a queen and a double, share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combo and dual vanity. Another queen bedroom on this level features a private ensuite with a walk in shower and access to the upper piazza.

This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway

peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy beverages, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
exercise studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
