This listing includes two identical, modern-constructed homes rented together, giving your group plenty of room and comfort right in the heart of downtown. Together, the homes offer 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 4 off-street parking spaces—a rare find in Charleston. Each home features 4 bedrooms and full 3 bathrooms, designed with groups in mind. There is a total of six king bedrooms and two bunk rooms (each with 4 twin beds), both homes together can act as a home base for a bigger groups visiting the area. Each primary bedroom is located on the first level featuring a king bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom. The additional 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom 2 has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a king bed, and bedroom 4 is two bunk beds (4 single beds). Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a Jack and Jill Style ensuite bathroom.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
- No Parties: Hosting events or sizable gatherings is stringently prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, close by eateries, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
