This remarkable home features an broad front porch, providing an ideal setting for sipping sunset beverages or appreciating morning coffee. Four porch chairs offer a serene spot for relaxation.

The airy living room features modern design with Moroccan-inspired accents. Furnished with a 3-seat leather couch, matching loveseat, and chic accent chairs, it also features a flat-screen TV atop a console table, complemented by a beautiful ceiling fan.

The well-equipped culinary hub seamlessly connects to the living room, featuring cutting-edge Whirlpool appliances, stone countertops, a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Four tall bar stools and a fold-out table with additional seating create a communal dining space. A discreetly placed stacked washer and dryer add to the convenience.

The residence offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms:
- The first bedroom on the first floor features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, in-suite bathroom, and private balcony access.
- The second bedroom on the second floor (front) includes two bunk bed frames, a walk-in closet, and an in-suite bathroom.
- The third bedroom on the second floor has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and an in-suite bathroom.
- The fourth bedroom on the second floor (back) showcases a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a cavernous master bathroom in-suite.

This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired ambiance unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy drinks, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
exercise studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.
 -$15 per person: Sunday through Thursday
- $30 per person: Friday and Saturdays
