Elegant remodeled Charleston Single-style home, completely restored in 2019 home with sophisticated details that offer a nod to its historic 1852 roots, has bright open interiors and well-appointed furnishings. Ideal if you need private, luxury accommodations for wedding, family gathering, or a bigger group. This home is right off King Street, painless walking distance to all places on upper King, the hub of Charleston`s top eateries and nightlife.

This second floor is accessed by either the front staircase or the restored, original back staircase. Here you’ll find vaulted ceilings and access to the second story porch. The entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and silverware. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 3 bedrooms are all roomy and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is attractively decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and sizable windows that let in plenty of natural light. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The home is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and eateries Charleston has to offer.

You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 mins. drive to Folly Beach, 5 mins. to Mt. Pleasant, 15 mins. to Sullivan`s island, 20 mins. to the airport, and 25 mins. to Isle of Palms!

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

House Policies:
To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting events or huge gatherings is stringently prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a relaxing environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, close by eateries, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
No commercial photography and filming allowed.
