The first floor reveals two bedrooms, a bedroom with porch access and a private bath, along with a creative space featuring a desk and chair—a haven for writers. Ascend to the second floor, where an open floor plan seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A comfortable sitting space with a enormous HDTV invites relaxation, while the completely equipped modern kitchen stands ready for your culinary adventures. The adjacent porch becomes an getaway for pre or post-nighttime-out moments.

On the bright and welcoming third floor, the kitchen is equipped with all essential cooking and kitchenware. A formal dining table for 6-7 guests, complemented by additional seating for 3 at the bar top, ensures ample space for shared meals. This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired ambiance unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy beverages, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
exercise studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.
