The open layout flows into a completely equipped eat-in kitchen, ideal for morning coffee or casual meals together. Just outside, the private piazza offers a enchanting spot to savor fresh air and soak in the neighborhood’s charm.
The home features three comfortable bedrooms across two levels. On the second floor, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a charmingly modernized bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the private third-floor bedroom includes a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, creating a peaceful getaway.
Set in the heart of the beloved Elliot–Cannonborough neighborhood, you’re just steps from King Street’s dining, shopping, and nightlife. Guests appreciate exclusive access to the entire second and third floors, along with a dedicated parking space behind the home.
