As you arrive on the second floor, you’re welcomed into a bright, inviting living space highlighted by an original fireplace and a huge Intelligent TV—ideal for calming after a day in the city.

The open layout flows effortlessly into a entirely equipped eat-in kitchen, ideal for everything from slow mornings with coffee to memorable meals together. The dining table seats up to three, with additional space to relax or entertain on the private piazza just outside—an especially appealing spot to appreciate the neighborhood ambiance.

This home offers three comfortable bedrooms across two levels. On the second floor, you’ll find a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, both sharing a charmingly refreshed bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs on the third floor, the private third bedroom features a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, creating a calming getaway.

Located in the heart of the beloved Elliot-Cannonborough neighborhood, you’re just steps from King Street and some of Charleston’s best dining and shopping. Guests savor exclusive access to the entire second and third floors, plus a dedicated parking spot behind the home.

As a historic Charleston property, this home retains its original appeal. Please note that insulation may not meet modern standards, and during peak summer heat, the HVAC system may work harder to cool the space. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
