Step inside to a warm living space highlighted by an original fireplace and a sizable Intelligent TV, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The open layout flows into a entirely equipped eat-in kitchen, ideal for morning coffee or casual meals together. Just outside, the private piazza offers a gorgeous spot to appreciate fresh air and soak in the neighborhood’s charm.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms across two levels. On the second floor, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a delightfully remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the private third-floor bedroom includes a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, creating a peaceful getaway.

Set in the heart of the beloved Elliot–Cannonborough neighborhood, you’re just steps from King Street’s dining, shopping, and nightlife. Guests savor exclusive access to the entire second and third floors, along with a dedicated parking space behind the home.

As a historic Charleston property, the home retains its original character. While comfortable year-round, insulation and HVAC performance reflect the home’s age, especially during peak summer months.

Good to know: construction next door is nearly complete, and the loud phases are over, ensuring a much quieter stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
