The Space: Located amidst the action of downtown Charleston, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has been freshly refreshed and will meet all of your traveling wants and needs. It has a bright, open layout and a mid-century modern design. Throughout the apartment guests will savor brand-new floor, top-of-the-line appliances, trendy décor, chic light fixtures, comfortable furnishings, and more than enough space as well as privacy.

The property features…

A Totally-Equipped Kitchen and Dining Area. Upon arrival, guests will ascend one flight of stairs and enter through the front door to the cavernous, completely-equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features brand new Whirlpool appliances including an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator/freezer. The breakfast bar with 4 bar stools beneath, brand new butcher block countertops, open shelves, coffee maker, toaster, vintage style microwave, and essential cooking tools allow guests the chance to appreciate a home cooked meal while reminiscing of the good old days. The white modern style dining table that seats up to 7, is ideally positioned along the windows so guests can sit back, relax, and enjoy a meal while soaking up some of that good ole’ Charleston sunshine. A brand new stacked washer and dryer unit is available for guests to use and also located in the kitchen/dining area.

A Grand, Cozy Living Room. The living room, which is open to the kitchen, provides guests with the ultimate spot to lounge and enjoy one another’s company. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that features a generous walk-in closet, brand new tile, fixtures, stone sink countertops, a full-bathtub/shower, and additional constructed-in shelving for bathroom storage. Guests staying in the 2nd bedroom on the left have painless access to the roomy bathroom located a few steps across the hall. This second bathroom features beautiful black and white ornate tile, brand new stone sink countertops, fixtures, as well as a glass standup shower.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Accepted. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY allowed outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood peaceful hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates peaceful hours between 10pm - 8am.

10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion.

Alteration Policy: Any change of dates or cancellation of any nights of the original reservation will not be approved within 60 days or arrival.

Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
