Welcome to this very comfortable, yet roomy town home in one of the best locations on James Island. Very cute and safe neighborhood with walking trails and a charming pond. Just a 10 min. drive to Folly Beach and Downtown, and walkable to the local Walmart and close by eateries. Remote learning in the family? We have high speed internet access and a ideal workspace area for the kids.

The entire home showcases brand new floor, furnishings and linens. Nice open dining space, with. enormous dining table, connected to the galley kitchen. Two private bedrooms with Queen beds, each with their own connected full bathrooms. Master suite also comes with a huge walk-in closet. Generous yet cozy living room with two couches and a 50` flatscreen TV. We also offer YouTubeTV with dozens of channels during your stay. Sliding doors from the living room go out to the private fenced in yard. Unwind with your morning coffee or happy hour drink at the table surrounded by fresh landscaping. Property also includes a washer and dryer and attached driveway for 2 cars.

Pet Policy:
1. This is a dog friendly rental, but we do have some guidelines to protect our home from damages.
2. We can only accept mature, well behaved, home broken dogs. Preferably at least 3 years of age and crate trained. Bringing a crate with you is a humongous plus when we are deciding whether we can accept your reservation. If the dog is much older, then we understand a crate may not be necessary.
3. We also prefer just one dog, but depending on size and their ages, we might be able to make an exception.
4. There will be a pet fee of $50 per dog and it will be collected separately after booking.
5. Please plan to make your dog a big part of your activities when you are outside of the home so your pup isn’t home alone very often.

Your host will be available by message or phone at any time and in person for any emergencies or maintenance needs.

Cute town home neighborhood in a great location on the island. Very safe and walkable with sidewalks and walking trails.

We have a driveway fit for two cars. But Uber and Lyft are also fashionable means for transportation around Charleston.
- Guests should be at least 23 years of age to book and upload an ID
- You must disclose if you are bringing your dog, the breed and size, and pay the pet fee for each dog.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside. We have a patio.
- Make sure Trash and Recycling is taken on a regular basis and bins put back behind the home.
- Follow all check out Instructions before departure and clean up any pet waste. We will have to charge an additional cleaning fee if you leave pet waste for us to clean up.
