The Sabal Cottage is a beautiful coastal tiny home with a comfortable living space furnished with a queen bed in a lofted bedroom, pull out couch bed in the living space, full bath, work desk, porch, and completely outfitted kitchenette. It overlooks a serene private pool deck with temperature-controlled plunge pool and patio seating. The pool is exclusive to guests during their stay. The property is located in a peaceful neighborhood on the marsh about 7min (2.7mi) from Folly Beach and 15min to downtown Charleston.

Spaces available to guests include the tiny home and porch, private pool area and parking space. The home is elevated and requires stairs for access.

The main bedroom loft is accessible by a steep staircase/ladder (see photos). If you have concerns with mobility/balance or steep stairs, please consider another property.
