The Space:
Designed for comfort and extended stays, this downtown Charleston home features 3 inviting bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The primary suite offers a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed and access to a hall bathroom with a tub. An additional half bathroom is conveniently located downstairs.
The home offers plenty of space to gather and relax, with two separate living areas, a full dining room, and a freshly refreshed, entirely outfitted kitchen equipped for everything from morning coffee to home-cooked meals.
Step outside to savor the cavernous private backyard, ideal for calming and appreciating Charleston's handsome weather. A TV in the main living room provides the ideal spot for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours prior to arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. In case of any technical issues, a physical key will be available on-site as a backup.

???? Rental Agreement Required To finalize your reservation, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your reservation. The agreement is standard and outlines important details such as home rules, liability waivers, and check-in procedures. A secure link will be sent after booking.
???? Animals are NOT Accepted: As much as we appreciate furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $500/pet fee and demand immediate removal.
???? No Alterations or Furnishings Rearrangement Guests may not alter the home in any way, including moving furnishings, wall decor, or fixtures. The home has been professionally arranged for guest comfort and safety. Additional charges may apply if items are found to be moved, damaged, or require reassembly. Moving furnishings or making any alterations will incur a $500 fine + the cost of repair if needed.
???? This is a 100% smoke-complimentary property. Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
????️ Noise Notice: ▪️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. ▪️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ▪️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
