Recently remodeled 1st floor guesthouse in Charleston ! New bathrooms, new appliances, and modern kitchen. House is directly on the intracoastal Waterway. Sit, relax and watch the majestic boats cruise by.
10 mins. to Downtown. But there are plenty of eateries (seafood, Bar-B-Que, Italian, pastries, etc.) within a 5 min. drive.

This vacation home is located in West Ashley, a neighborhood in Charleston, and is near theme parks and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Waterfront Park and Riverfront Park, while Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights.
