T.V.s in the living room and every bedroom. Free wifi is supplied, as is parking for up to two cars. A covered balcony includes a seating area and soul-satisfying vistas of the Atlantic
Ocean—the ideal place for your morning coffee or an evening drink.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private access to the balcony, and a private bath with a double sink vanity and a walk-in tile shower. The first guest room also features a king-size bed, as well as a comfortable reading nook, and a private bath with walk in tile shower. A second guest room features two queen beds and a private bath with a tub and shower combination. The kitchen is well appointed, with everything you need if you are in the mood to prepare, featuring black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, adjustable lighting and fashionable black stoneware tableware. - Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
