Offering lagoon and pool vistas, 54 Pelican Bay features three bedrooms with three full baths and a half bath. 54 Pelican Bay is a second-row home and is brand new to family vacation units. A huge screened in porch, plus an open deck with a gas grille, are ideal for capturing the invigorating ocean breeze or watching your family in the neighborhood pool. When your family is ready to hit the surf and sand, access is a breeze down the public beach access path located at the end of the block, which will lead you to a wide pristine beach. Whether in the home or on the sandy beach, your family will have a terrific stay at 54 Pelican Bay.

The interior of 54 Pelican Bay is very unique. The striking wood plank walls in the main living area are stained to provide the feeling of a classic beach home. The living room is highlighted by a vaulted ceiling, providing open space with an abundance of natural light and outstanding leather furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen has been completely refreshed with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area offers seating for six plus additional seating on the screen porch for four.

When the sun sets and the crew is ready to turn in, 54 Pelican Bay features three fabulous bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed and a newly modernized bathroom featuring a new enormous tiled shower. The queen guest bedroom is located on the second floor and has a private bath. Finally, the third bedroom is ideal for kids with two twin beds plus a single trundle bed. It also has a private bathroom that has been remodeled with a sizable tiled shower. Everyone is guaranteed a great nighttime's sleep at 54 Pelican Bay. Additional Queen Sleeper couch has been added for that additional guest or two.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been supplied in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be included for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.
