• The home has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be supplied that will work for the duration of your stay.

• Parking for 1 car is included in our private onsite parking lot - upsized cars will not fit in our parking space.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King St, where the city's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
