The space is located in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!

THERE IS NO PARKING PROVIDED WITH THIS RENTAL. Pre-arranged paid, reserved on-site parking is available for $25/day. There is a 1 car limit per rental unit for on-site parking. There is a potential for 2 cars if we have openings in our lot. If our lot is completely booked, we may have options for street parking. STREET PARKING IN CHARLESTON IS NOT COMPLIMENTARY. THERE IS A 2 HOUR RESIDENTIAL LIMIT ON STREET PARKING. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO PARK ON THE STREET. Please inquire and pre-arrange prior to arrival if you will have a car with you.

This property is located directly above Charleston's newest Spanish Tapas Restaurant, Estadio. This is a great conveniences for our property but it is important to note Estadio is open from 4-10pm daily and noise from the restaurant can be heard at these times.
