Dogs are welcome with approval. $100 pet fee (max 1 dog). Dogs must be well-behaved and off beds/furnishings. Sorry, no cats allowed. Please include your pet in your booking request.

This is a restored historic duplex, with the owners living upstairs. The home is best suited for guests seeking a casual and respectful stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
City Setting
Please note that due to the property's downtown location, you may occasionally hear typical city sounds, including traffic, construction, close by neighbors, street activity, and emergency cars. Sound machines and earplugs are supplied in all bedrooms for comfort.
Parking
Free off-street parking for 2 cars—a rare and valuable luxury downtown.
Inclement Weather
Refunds are only issued for mandatory evacuations ordered by authorities. No refunds for weather-related travel delays from other states. We suggest purchasing travel insurance, especially during storm season. If power or internet issues arise due to storms, we will resolve them as quickly as possible but cannot offer refunds for such inconveniences.
House Rules
We kindly ask guests to treat our home with care and respect, just as they would their own. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during peaceful hours, and be respectful of our neighbors and surrounding homes. No events, events, or unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval. Smoking or vaping inside the property is stringently prohibited. Please report any damages or issues during your stay so we can address them quickly. Before checkout, we simply ask that guests place used towels in the bathroom, load any used dishes into the dishwasher, and ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
