Welcome to The Coral, a charmingly designed four-story residence located in the heart of downtown Charleston. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the ideal blend of historic Charleston appeal and modern city living.
The Space:
Welcome to the Coral Charleston, a multi-level rental designed for comfort and convenience. The first floor features a welcoming entryway with simple access to the rest of the home.
On the second level, you’ll find a bright, open-concept kitchen and living room—ideal for gathering, cooking, and calming together.
All bedrooms are thoughtfully located on the third and fourth floors, offering added privacy and a peaceful getaway separate from the main living and entertaining spaces.

Guest Access:
????Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

As much as we appreciate furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

???? Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.
