This is the only short term rental with a private heated swimming pool, shared only by Town & Island guests. Live the island life, downtown Charleston - relax at the pool, or walk to the City's countless attractions. This two story unit has 4 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms.

The Space:
Totally Restored Historic Charleston Home In The Heart of Downtown Charleston. 'Tuckers Town' located on the first floor and second floor has four bedrooms and four & half bathrooms. Two of the guest rooms can be made up with either two twins or one king bed. The other two bedrooms have king beds. Each of the four bedrooms have private ensuite spa bathrooms. The living room has a memory foam Restoration Hardware king sleeper couch. There is a powder room bathroom. Massive kitchen with seating for 10 people. The home also offers a two stories of handsome private porches for calming in the evenings. This home sleeps up to ten guests very comfortably. Located in the heart of downtown Charleston and walkable to all the area offers. Two private assigned parking spots per unit. Private heated pool only shared by the guests on the property. A total of six units have access to the pool area.

Cannonborough Elliotborough draws young professionals and students from close by colleges to its restored, wood-fronted homes. King, Cannon, and Spring streets, running through the leafy area, are dotted with indie stores, vintage stores, and bakeries.
