This is the ideal rental for exploring all that Charleston has to offer. You’ll find out quickly why Charleston has been voted #1 City in the U.S. by Conde Nast and Travel + Leisure.

This alluring freshly constructed Charleston home is ideal if you need private, luxury accommodations for wedding, family gathering, or a bigger group. This home is right off King Street, simple walking distance to all places on upper King, the hub of Charleston's top eateries and nightlife.

The completely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and silverware. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 3 bedrooms are all roomy and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is gorgeously decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and sizable windows that let in plenty of natural light. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

Day passes and cabanas have associated costs.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests will be included with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to The Wonderer.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

The home is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and eateries Charleston has to offer.

You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 mins. drive to Folly Beach, 5 mins. to Mt. Pleasant, 15 mins. to Sullivan's island, 20 mins. to the airport, and 25 mins. to Isle of Palms!

Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

When to go & When to reserve a Charleston rental home:

• Summer time is high season in the Charleston area area. To find the best rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
