This pretty newly constructed Charleston home is ideal if you need private, luxury accommodations for wedding, family gathering, or a bigger group. This home is right off King Street, simple walking distance to all places on upper King, the hub of Charleston`s top eateries and nightlife.

The completely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and silverware. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 3 bedrooms are all cavernous and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is elegantly decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and huge windows that let in plenty of natural light. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 mins. drive to Folly Beach, 5 mins. to Mt. Pleasant, 15 mins. to Sullivan`s island, 20 mins. to the airport, and 25 mins. to Isle of Palms!

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, close by eateries, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
No commercial photography and filming allowed.
