The Space: Welcome to our chic and efficiently designed 4-bedroom, 2-bath unit, charmingly positioned near King Street for an memorable Charleston adventure!

Accommodating up to 10 guests, our home features 5 beds, including two bunk beds for added excitement—ideal for bachelor or bachelorette trips seeking ample sleeping arrangements.

Upon arrival, you'll be thrilled to discover Lime Bikes conveniently stationed right in front of the unit, offering simple access to discover the vibrant city.

As you step inside, the 1st and 2nd bedrooms greet you on the right, while both bathrooms await on the left. The first bedroom features a snug queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a sumptuous king bed and seating for two. Across the hall, both bathrooms feature walk-in showers for added convenience.

Further into the unit, an open-concept living room and kitchen beckon. Sink into the cavernous sectional couch in the living room while catching up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a generous countertop with bar seating, and a round dining table, ensuring everything you need for cooking and entertaining is at your fingertips.

Continuing down the hall, you'll discover the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, ideal for both kids and adults. The third room features two bunk beds with fulls on the bottom and twins on the top, along with two makeup vanities and a TV.

Additionally, a fourth caddy corner room provides an ideal space for parents seeking privacy while keeping an eye on the kids. This room features a queen bed and is accessed through the bedroom with bunk beds. We've added doors with privacy film for enhanced seclusion.

Step outside to uncover the broad private patio off the kitchen, enveloped by 15ft concrete walls that ensure ultimate privacy. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table beneath appealing string lights, creating a photogenic ambiance.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
