New for 2023, this home has been transformed into "Azaleas" - a Boho Chic getaway with a secluded courtyard ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable, just two blocks to King Street and surrounded by Charleston's best fine dining.

Guest Access:
The entrance to Suite C is on Spring St at the end of our private driveway to the left side of the home. Access is included with a unique key code.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King Street, where the city's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

Getting Around:
Easily walk to the eateries, nightlife, and shopping of King St and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Uber or Lyft around town or to the airport.

DASH is a complimentary shuttle service that accepts riders to discover the peninsula. Two of the routes have stops just around the corner. Visit the DASH website for a route map and more information.

Parking: Parking for 1-2 cars is supplied onsite in our private driveway.

Stairs required - this Suite is located on the second and third floors of a 3 story home.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Downtown Charleston, a neighborhood in Charleston. Charleston City Market and USS Yorktown are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Waterfront Park and Riverfront Park. South Carolina Aquarium and Patriots Point are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to your spending budget:

Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

  • Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to compel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
