This comfortable getaway features a secluded private patio with a hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring! The location is unbeatable, just 2.5 blocks to King St, offering the ideal mix of relaxation and adventure in the heart of Charleston.



Please note: The home consists of three completely separate and private suites—A, B, and C. Each suite has its own entrance and dedicated outdoor space. The suites are not internally connected.



This listing is for Suite C – located on the 2nd + 3rd floors.

• Kitchen entirely outfitted with stainless steel appliances, island with breakfast bar, washer/dryer, & modest dining table

• 1 King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom

– 3rd Floor –

• Primary bedroom loft with 1 King Bed, 4k intelligent TV, reading nook with daybed & desk, with ensuite bathroom



Guest Access:

`• Guests have exclusive access to Suite C including the patio, hot tub, and driveway.



• The home has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be included that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: Space for 1 car is supplied in our private driveway.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King Street, where the city's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top eateries, bars & stores



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & simple rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (COMPLIMENTARY) – Stops close by & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No events or events.



• This home is divided into 3 completely separate suites. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suites B + C are located on the second & third floors. They are not connected internally and there are no shared spaces on the property.



• Infant gear units are available upon request for an additional fee.



• Stairs Required – Suite C is located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of a 3 story home.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not kid-proofed. Families with infants or kids are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• Hot Tub hours: 9 AM - 9 PM



• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.
