The location is unbeatable, just two blocks to King St, offering the ideal mix of relaxation and adventure in the heart of Charleston.

** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate Suites A / B / C each with a private entrance and dedicated outdoor space **

Guest Access:
• Guests have exclusive access to Suite C including the patio and driveway. The entrance to the home is on Spring St.

• The home has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be included that will work for the duration of your stay.

• Parking: Parking for 2 cars is supplied in our private driveway.


The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King Street, where the city's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

• Stairs Required – Suite C is located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of a 3 story home.

• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not kid-proofed. Families with infants or kids are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.
