Summary:

This two bedroom striking getaway located in Hanahan is really close to all that Charleston has to offer! Minutes to Park Circle, Shopping, Eateries, and the interstate. We provide WiFi and have a Intelligent TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc.



10-15 min. drive to the Credit One stadium on Daniel's Island.



The Space:

Check in effortlessly via the keypad on the front door.



All of our beds have beds & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.



The Kitchen is completely ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools.



There's a washer and dryer inside the laundry room with detergent.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property.



The Neighborhood:

There are numerous eateries and a grocery store less than 2 miles away.



Getting Around:

You can park in front of the home in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Intelligent Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.





Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.



No boats, trailers, or box trucks



Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement

For stays longer than 10 days, we kindly require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh, comfortable, and enchanting throughout your visit.



The cost for this cleaning is the same as the standard cleaning fee and will be requested upon check-in. We’ll be happy to coordinate a date that works best for you to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.



No Smoking Accepted. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY allowed outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.



There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.



Local Booking Policy



To maintain the comfort and security of our neighborhood, we require that the primary guest lives at least 40 miles from the property. Bookings from within a 40-mile radius are not accepted without prior written approval from the host.
