The Space: With 2bd/2.5ba, this extravagant 2nd-floor condo comfortably fits groups of up to 4 people! The property is located on Rutledge Avenue in Charleston's Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, so parking and proximity won’t be an issue! As you enter through your own private entrance, you’ll be met by the warm essence of “Rutledge Avenue Inn B”. Step inside and you’ll be immersed in the bright open floor plan of the combined dining/kitchen area. The dining space includes a sizable dining table with seating for six plus additional seating for 3 at the countertop in the kitchen. For your convenience, the kitchen has been entirely equipped with all of the basic cooking/kitchenware. Just off the kitchen, you will find the living room - featuring a comfortable sitting area where you may relax and savor the enormous Intelligent HDTV included for your comfort. Both bedrooms are located off of the hallway on the main floor - each room comes adorned with a cavernous king-sized bed as well as a private full bathroom which has newly been remodeled. In addition to each bedroom’s private bathroom, the common area contains a half-bathroom/powder room. Last, but certainly not least is the immaculate front porch - where you can relax and hang out in one of the many outdoor lounge chairs.

Guests will have exclusive access to the 2nd floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.

You can pull your car off the street and into a driveway/parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
