Your safety is our top priority. If Charleston County issues a mandatory evacuation order during your stay, you'll receive a 100% refund for the affected nights. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional coverage during hurricane season, as refunds are only available for mandatory evacuation orders.

Charleston's warm coastal climate is home to native insects such as palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, sand gnats, and ants. While the home is professionally treated on a regular basis, occasional insects are a normal part of life in the Lowcountry and may still be seen indoors or outdoors. Keeping doors and windows closed and storing food properly helps minimize visits from our tiny local residents.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third event as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third event*
