The Space:

The open concept layout is designed to bring everybody together, whether you're calming on the leather couch or prepping dinner in the kitchen. The roomy living-dining area is anchored by a handsome solid-wood table that seats your entire group comfortably—ideal for shared meals, game nights, or spreading out laptops for remote work.



The entirely refreshed kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and a generous island with seating. Whether you're preparing breakfast or hosting a group dinner, you'll find everything you need to prepare and entertain with ease.



The home comfortably sleeps eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an attached private bath with a sizable walk-in shower, and double doors that open directly onto the screened-in porch and hot tub area. Might we tempt you to end the day with a relaxing soak?!The remaining three rooms each offer comfortable queen beds, soft white linens, tons of natural light (and blackout curtains!) and plenty of closet space. All three bathrooms have been elegantly updated with clean, modern finishes and high-quality tile showers.

With the bubbling hot tub, wall-mounted intelligent TV, mini-refrigerator, lounge seating, and overhead fan, it’s the ideal spot to relax year-round, watch the game, and sip a drink out of reach from the mosquitos. The fully fenced backyard is shaded by mature oaks and makes for a peaceful, private outdoor space ideal for kids and family pets (with approval)

The home is located at the end of a peaceful street, in a safe residential neighborhood, while still being just mins. from grocery stores, eateries, coffee stores, James Island County Park, Folly Beach and all the best experiences Charleston has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

The host does live in the home next door and uses the sheds and garage for storage.
