Camellias on Cannon – Suite A is part of a freshly reimagined historic home just 3 blocks from King Street. Blending timeless architecture with polished comfort, this inviting getaway offers charmingly designed interiors and shared access to a courtyard with hot tub — ideal for unwinding after a day in the Holy City.



Please note: The home consists of two completely separate and private suites—A and B. Each suite has its own entrance and dedicated porch space, while the courtyard and hot tub are shared. The suites are not internally connected.



This listing is for Suite A – the entire ground floor.

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite A (entire ground floor) and the front / side porch. The courtyard, hot tub, and parking are shared with Suite B (second floor).



• The home has electronic door locks and a unique code will be supplied that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: On-site for 1 car.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 3 blocks to King Street, where the city's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is in an extremely safe area.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top eateries, bars & stores.



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & painless rides to attractions.



• DASH Trolley (COMPLIMENTARY) – Stops close by & takes you around downtown.



Other Things to Note:

• No events or events.



• Hot Tub hours: 9 AM - 9 PM



• This home is divided into 2 completely separate suites. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suite B is located on the second floor. They share the courtyard, hot tub, and parking area.



• Infant gear units are available upon request for an additional fee.



• This home is not kid-proofed. Families with infants and kids are welcome, but please be aware of this risk.



• For security purposes only there are 4 exterior cameras located on the property. One monitoring each ground floor entrance (front door, side door, back door), and one monitoring the courtyard (including the hot tub).



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.
