Blending timeless architecture with polished comfort, this inviting getaway offers elegantly designed interiors and shared access to a courtyard with hot tub — ideal for unwinding after a day in the Holy City.



Please note: The home is divided into 2 completely separate suites — A + B, each has a private entrance and dedicated porch seating. The courtyard and hot tub are shared by both suites.

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite A (entire ground floor) and the front / side porch. The courtyard, hot tub, and parking are shared with Suite B (second floor).



• The home has electronic door locks and a unique code will be supplied that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: On-site for 1 car.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 3 blocks to King Street, where the city's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is in an extremely safe area.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top eateries, bars & stores.



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & painless rides to attractions.



• DASH Trolley (COMPLIMENTARY) – Stops close by & takes you around downtown.

• Hot Tub hours: 9 AM - 9 PM



• This home is divided into 2 completely separate suites. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suite B is located on the second floor. They share the courtyard, hot tub, and parking area.



• Infant gear units are available upon request for an additional fee.



• This home is not kid-proofed. Families with infants and kids are welcome, but please be aware of this risk.



• For security purposes only there are 4 exterior cameras located on the property. One monitoring each ground floor entrance (front door, side door, back door), and one monitoring the courtyard (including the hot tub).



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.
