The Mediterranean Palm is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting. This unit is an ADA compliant, single floor vacation villa unlike any other in the heart of downtown.

The Mediterranean Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 12 guests between 4 bedrooms, 4 baths.

Guests can also enjoy an indoor gym and exercise studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the campus. Please note, all exercise classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.

Each Palm Club Collection unit D - G comes with one assigned on-site parking spot near the unit’s entrance and a residential street parking pass for one car. While theft is rare Charleston is a city and we encourage guests to ensure their cars are locked and all valuables have been removed.

Town & Island Co. welcomes all our furry companions. There is a $75 non returnable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s), so we can add this charge to your booking. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $75 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold.
We ask guests traveling with their family pets to not allow them on any furnishings to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furnishings and beds**

We do not allow any installations of wall hangings, due to damage to the walls and/or wallpaper in the unit. Evidence of any wall hangings will be deducted from the security deposit.

How to get the best value:

  • In the Charleston area area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Charleston area area. To get the most suitable rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Charleston area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a terrific vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
