The bright, well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a meal or just a snack. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’re in a great walkable neighborhood called Wagner Terrace, which features an eclectic mix of eateries, bars, and stores. You’ve got the best of both worlds – you’re close to downtown, parks, and eateries, but removed from the city hustle.

Outside, you’ll find an enclosed back yard with a fire pit, the ideal place to spend an evening after calming. Back inside, a just-right sized sectional and flatscreen stand ready for an evening of streaming your favorite movies. Extra perks including a flexible workspace, central AC, and a gas grille in the back yard. All that’s left to do now is book!
