This home sleeps up to 6 guests, offers a full-length back patio to take in the beautiful sunsets, and is close to all the South Carolina Lowcountry has to offer. Unwind on the upsized sectional couch (with a 75" TV) after a day at the beach, fishing, golfing, or exploring. The Sol Legare Public Boat Landing is ideal for launching your boat, drop a line in the water and appreciate the outdoors with 2 sizable docks. A short drive to Charleston, Kiawah, and all the other Charleston Beaches. We invite you to come and relax and make some amazing memories!

THE SPACE: DETAILS
Elevated living close to Folly Beach is what you'll appreciate about this home - along with the beautiful sunsets from the back deck each nighttime. Parking for up to 3 cars in the private driveway ensures plenty of room to park. Enter the home from the front door, up 2 flights of stairs. Indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas, Intelligent TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. Decorated to reflect the beach lifestyle, this home has great natural lighting and hard floor throughout the first floor. The first floor offers a king bedroom with a full bathroom (standup shower and garden tub), a kitchen with an island, a laundry area, and a half bathroom off the kitchen. You can access the back deck and the dining room from the kitchen. Off the dining room is the roomy living room with a 75" TV and sectional couch, plus 2 additional chairs so the entire group can relax together.

You will enter the loft area with a pull-out couch from the first floor and up the freshly carpeted stairs. Two additional bedrooms - one king-sized bed, one queen-sized bed - and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo complete the upstairs.
