The Space:

The two bedrooms each have their own full bath. With tasteful decor and ample space, you'll feel right at home in this well-appointed abode. Appreciate the convenience of a garage with plenty of storage space, completely outfitted open floor-plan kitchen and living, and comfortable beds with high-quality linens. Plus, take advantage of the fast WiFi, ideal for streaming your favorite shows. There is a separate desk/sitting area outside the master suite, which is very nice for working. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, you'll find tranquility and relaxation while being located just a short drive from the city's attractions, this cavernous getaway offers simple access to all that Charleston has to offer.

Guest Access:
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses intelligent locks with check-in details included 48 hours prior to arrival by e-mail and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Neighborhood:
Very peaceful the entire time, no noise from the street or neighbors. Enchanting neighborhood in which you can appreciate walking around in the morning and evenings.

Getting Around:
The listing is about 10 mins. from downtown, 10 mins. from the coast and 20 mins. from Charleston International Airport, which makes it the ideal location for exploring.

Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following the home rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at one of our Portoro Homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional nighttime.
- Pack n Plays or highchairs must be requested prior to arrival.
- Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions.
- 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion.
- Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.
- Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
- This home is pet-friendly. Please note, only dogs allowed and 50lb weight limit, up to 2 dogs per stay. $150.00 fee applies, per stay, per pet.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty costs for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

Interaction with Guests:
Portoro Homes communicates via e-mail and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by e-mail and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by e-mail/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.
