The Summer Haze accommodates up to 11 guests between 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, a kitchen, and a cozy living room with a king-sized sleeper couch

Guest Access:

Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a bags storage space with a coded lock in the backyard for guests to use as needed.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes Animals. There is a $75 non returnable pet fee. 2 family pets max.. You are responsible for informing us that you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply, and no refund will be issued.
