The space is made up of two stand alone homes. One with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and the second with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths!

With its friendly neighbors, comfortable eateries, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic appeal. This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The home is only a short walk from the very fashionable King Street where you will find a multitude of great stores – including antique stores, book stores and fashion stores – as well as countless buzzing eateries and bars.

Getting Around:
You can walk nearly everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bicycle Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

• Lock your rental home while you are away. Protect your property!
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
