Please note the backyard is privately reserved and not accessible to Casa Luna guests or their family pets. We savor you respecting this space, as unauthorized entry may result in a fine. Hampton Park close by offers plenty of room to roam!

This property has parking for 1-2 cars in the driveway, there is also plenty of on-street parking available! Please just be sure to check for any street sweeping signs.

Each of our vacation units is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and accepts for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guest’s stay will be included the day before your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.



Guests can enjoy full access to the downstairs property and all its amenities. Not including the backyard.

The park features lush green spaces, tall trees, and breathtaking walking paths, making it an ideal spot for strolls, picnics, or simply relaxing in nature. With a playground and open fields, it's a family-friendly destination that draws both residents and visitors who enjoy a peaceful, serene ambiance. The park also provides gorgeous vistas of the surrounding homes, many of which showcase Charleston’s iconic architecture.

✹ Animals are NOT Accepted. As much as we adore furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



✹ This is a 100% smoke-complimentary property:

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



✹ Noise Notice:

This home features separate upstairs and downstairs units; vertical noise transfer might happen.



✹ Please be advised that:

A local noise ordinance is in effect from roughly 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.

Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.

We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept this island setting and the potential for ambient and neighborhood-related noise, including from adjacent or close by units.

✹ Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



✹ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



✹ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



✹ If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



✹ Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for cars parked outside the designated parking areas.



✹ Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.



✹ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.
