Each unit in this pretty duplex has been charmingly designed and is a the ideal spot to call home while in Charleston. Each unit features two bedrooms, cavernous full bathroom, living areas, dining area, full kitchen, and porches for sitting. The bedrooms have comfortable bed and windows that allow natural light, or shades if you want to sleep in.

The entirely equipped kitchens has everything you need to prepare up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and silverware. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests will be included with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to The Wonderer.

We provide a starter supply of coffee, toiletries, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags for your convenience. Numerous grocery stores are located close by for any additional or preferred items you may need.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

House Policies:
To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting events or enormous gatherings is stringently prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a calming environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, close by eateries, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
