This third-floor condo is in building B of the Sea Cabin Condominiums, a centrally located community on Ocean Boulevard with a resort-style pool, laundry facility, and private fishing pier. Appreciate handsome ocean breezes and waking up to the beach in this splendid Isle of Palms condo!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
Full Disclosure: There are modest bunk beds constructed into the hallway – they are adored by kids and even ideal for some modest adults. They're also a great place to use for additional storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller kids. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a entirely functional kitchen!
Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or you can download an app to pay!
Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 – August 1). One additional pass may be requested during the off season.
The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
No family pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is supplied prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.

This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

Enter the condo to find a hallway with two convenient modest constructed-in bunk beds—a intelligent solution if you need more sleeping space, and they're a hit with kids! You'll immediately notice the shiplap that goes throughout the condo and adds a modern finished look. Continue on past the full bathroom, which offers a pretty tile shower and plenty of shelves and baskets for additional storage. Walk further down the hallway, and you'll come across the main open concept kitchen and living area.

The kitchen is completely equipped with both a Keuirg and regular drip coffee maker and offers complimentary coffee with each stay. The kitchen has been completely modernized and has a charming tile backsplash and new modern fixtures. Two huge bar stools are at the island so you can savor all the meals you whip up for the day.

The living area is furnished with a plush slip cover couch and comfortable chair to relax after a day in the waves. There are side tables with a lamp and universal charging station so your devices can stay charged while you appreciate the ocean vistas. Tune into your favorite shows on the enormous flat-screen TV and stay connected on your devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. A ceiling fan is in the room for additional comfort and sliding glass doors lead out to the ocean-facing third floor balcony.

The vistas can't be beat when you step out onto the patio and see the Atlantic Ocean. The patio is furnished with two sets of chairs with a poof and has new tile floor to elevate the outdoor space.

Back inside, you'll find the bedroom, which features a queen size bed and dresser with shelves up top for additional storage. At a compact size with high-quality amenities and an elegant beachfront location, this striking beach condo is ideal for a little escape to Isle of Palms!

The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a sizable pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a calming walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Bicycle, water sport and beach umbrella units are available close by. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also supplied is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25- no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is stringently a non-pet friendly home. Finding the best rental experience:

How to get the best value:

  • In the Charleston area area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Book your rental property in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Some hosts offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
  • Many management companies supply Charleston area area travel guides which will include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Choosing the perfect vacation rental in the Charleston area area:

  • Start by selecting a vacation week and a spending budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Beautifully Appointed Completely Renovated Third Floor Ocean Front Condo! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is often available on booking pages. If they are not listed, call the property owner before booking the property. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or costs may be applied to your contract.
  • Visiting for a specific event? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. .

Know before you go:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the instructions to your smartphone.
  • Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your rental while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • During check-in, note any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Be respectful. Frequently, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
