Appreciate the best of oceanfront living when you come to stay at 322 B Sea Cabin, a striking 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with handsome Atlantic Ocean vistas! This third-floor condo is in building B of the Sea Cabin Condominiums, a centrally located community on Ocean Boulevard with a resort-style pool, laundry facility, and private fishing pier. Savor splendid ocean breezes and waking up to the beach in this gorgeous Isle of Palms condo!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
Full Disclosure: There are modest bunk beds constructed into the hallway – they are appreciated by kids and even ideal for some modest adults. They're also a great place to use for additional storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller kids. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a completely functional kitchen!
Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or you can download an app to pay!
Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 – August 1). One additional pass may be requested during the off season.
The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
No family pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is included prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.

This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

Enter the condo to find a hallway with two convenient modest constructed-in bunk beds—a intelligent solution if you need more sleeping space, and they're a hit with kids! You'll immediately notice the shiplap that goes throughout the condo and adds a modern finished look. Continue on past the full bathroom, which offers a pretty tile shower and plenty of shelves and baskets for additional storage. Walk further down the hallway, and you'll come across the main open concept kitchen and living area.

The kitchen is entirely equipped with both a Keuirg and regular drip coffee maker and offers complimentary coffee with each stay. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and has a elegant tile backsplash and new modern fixtures. Two enormous bar stools are at the island so you can savor all the meals you whip up for the day.

The living area is furnished with a plush slip cover couch and comfortable chair to relax after a day in the waves. There are side tables with a lamp and universal charging station so your devices can stay charged while you appreciate the ocean vistas. Tune into your favorite shows on the huge flat-screen T.V. and stay connected on your devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. A ceiling fan is in the room for additional comfort and sliding glass doors lead out to the ocean-facing third floor balcony.

The vistas can't be beat when you step out onto the patio and see the Atlantic Ocean. The patio is furnished with two sets of chairs with a poof and has new tile floor to elevate the outdoor space.

Back inside, you'll find the bedroom, which features a queen size bed and dresser with shelves up top for additional storage. At a compact size with high-quality amenities and an superb beachfront location, this impressive beach condo is ideal for a little escape to Isle of Palms!

The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a sizable pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a calming walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Bicycle, water sport and beach umbrella units are available close by. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also supplied is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25- no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is stringently a non-pet friendly home. Tricks and tips to get the very best Charleston area vacation property experience:

Get the most from your rental budget:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Look for your local Charleston area area magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guides have coupons for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.

Planning, selecting, and booking the rightrental:

  • Select vacation dates and spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Beautifully Appointed Completely Renovated Third Floor Ocean Front Condo! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, contact the property owner before you book the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to establish what configuration is right for your trip.
  • Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or charges may be applied to your agreement.
  • Looking for particular amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

More tips for your stay:

  • Store the owner's information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents many concerns.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let crooks spoil your family vacation.
  • Record any issues with the property at check in, and immediately send them to the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be a good neighbor. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
