- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or close by beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity.
