The interior of 11E Mariners Walk offers accommodations as gorgeous as the view. The first floor is comprised of the living and dining area, as well as the newly modernized kitchen. The kitchen is highlighted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. A huge modern dining room table is designed for six, with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living room is comfortable with a enormous flat-screen TV, ideal for catching the game. On the second floor, two bedrooms are featured. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second two twin beds. Each has a private bath. Finally, the top floor of 11E Mariners Walk features the master bedroom. With a king bed, private bath, and a cavernous outdoor deck, the master bedroom is just fantastic.
Mariner’s Walk is one of the most trendy condominium communities on the Island. A lush lawn with grilling stations surrounds one of the best swimming pools that is exclusive to Mariner’s Walk guests. A Finer View comes with an assigned parking spot, located at the base of the steps leading up to the condo. Additional parking is also available. The famed Links Golf Course is a short walk from the condominium and features a newly remodeled clubhouse, grille, and practice range. Biking at Wild Dunes is the best way to travel with multiple eateries within a five-min. bicycle ride of A Finer View. Kid's playground, shopping basketball court, and Spa are also a short walk or ride away. Finally, Historic Charleston is only a 35-min. drive away.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Mariners Walk pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Mariners Walk pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There is one designated spot and then one first come first serve spot for the guests at this unit.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be included for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.
