The interior of 11E Mariners Walk offers accommodations as charming as the view. The first floor is comprised of the living and dining area, as well as the freshly modernized kitchen. The kitchen is highlighted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. - City Ordinances prohibit home events, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a home event, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Mariners Walk pool is unheated and is open April 1 – October 31 from 8:00 AM to dusk. The pool deck, which features a community grille, is open in the off season.
- Golf carts/LSVs are not allowed at this complex.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Mariners Walk pool, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or close by beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-complimentary environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There is one designated spot and then one first come first serve spot for the guests at this unit.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized events or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and costs.
