The Space:

This listing is for the upstairs unit only, and ONLY the upstairs unit has pool and garden access.



There are a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a enormous living area. The City of Charleston limits occupancy of this unit to no more than 4 unrelated people or a family of any size, and limits areas available for sleeping to bedrooms. We limit family occupancy to no more than 8 people. Please respect the City of City of Charleston rules, and please respect our limit on family size. If you have a family bigger than 8 people, or if you have more than 4 unrelated people, you can also rent the downstairs unit, which is the same size as this upstairs unit.

The sizable kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, range, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooking tools. There is a bar with barstools for dining space but no formal dining area.



Guest Access:

This is a private home, guests will have access to the entire upstairs apartment, and exclusive access to the pool and garden.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is ideal for a couple or a group who is looking to entirely embrace Charleston's unique appeal. MUSC is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough Neighborhood. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of stores, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of stores and eateries, which is just four short blocks from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our elegant city has to offer!



Getting Around:

Most everything is within walking distance. If guests do have a car, we provide three (3) off-street parking spaces. Uber & Lyft are readily available.



Other Things to Note:

• Family max. size is 8 guests, and for non-families City of Charleston regulations prohibit any more than 4 unrelated people.

• Streaming device included as opposed to standard cable

• Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM. Please consider these times when booking travel as we can not guarantee early check in's or late check out's.

• Animals are not allowed.

• Parties are not allowed. An immediate eviction will result from this rule being violated.
