The interior of 24 Fairway Dunes has been refreshed and features a enchanting décor. Making 24 Fairway Dunes unique, the living area, kitchen, and dining room are located on the top floor. With its vaulted ceilings and windows overlooking the 11th green, 24 Fairway Dunes has an open and bright feeling throughout. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, updated cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room features new furnishings that provides comfortable seating with tasteful appointments and a 55” intelligent TV. In addition to the new furnishings, the living area has fresh paint throughout. The view of the 11th green of the Wild Dunes Links course is amazing from the upper-level roomy patio deck. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Fairway Dunes pool is open year round but not heated.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Fairway Dunes pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and basketball hoop, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
