Fairway Dunes Storm Water Drain Project
**Starting September 3rd, they will be replacing the storm drains in the Fairway Dunes neighborhood. During this time, there will be active construction in the area which could mean construction cars and crews, noise from construction and generators, as well as limited parking. The pool, tennis and pickleball courts will be open but access may be difficult. If you have any questions about the extent of the construction, or if there's anything else we can do, please let us know!**

The interior of 24 Fairway Dunes has been refreshed and features a pretty décor. Making 24 Fairway Dunes unique, the living area, kitchen, and dining room are located on the top floor. With its vaulted ceilings and windows overlooking the 11th green, 24 Fairway Dunes has an open and bright feeling throughout. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, updated cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room features new furnishings that provides comfortable seating with tasteful appointments and a 55” intelligent TV. In addition to the new furnishings, the living area has fresh paint throughout. The view of the 11th green of the Wild Dunes Links course is exceptional from the upper-level cavernous patio deck. The dining room has seating for six with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

The master bedroom features a king bed plus a loveseat with a full-size sleeper and a private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, access to a full bathroom plus a balcony overlooking the Fairway Dunes Tennis and Swim facility.

- The Fairway Dunes pool is open year round but not heated.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorbikes are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Fairway Dunes pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and basketball hoop, and to the cafes and eateries at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
