Each Palm Club Collection unit comes with two assigned on-site parking spots near the unit’s entrance. While theft is rare Charleston is a city and we encourage guests to ensure their cars are locked and all valuables have been removed.

Town & Island Co. welcomes all our furry companions. There is a $75 non returnable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s), so we can add this charge to your booking. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $75 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold.
We ask guests traveling with their family pets to not allow them on any furnishings to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furnishings and beds**

We do not allow any installations of wall hangings, due to damage to the walls and/or wallpaper in the unit. Evidence of any wall hangings will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on good reviews to stimulate future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
