The Historic St. Philip House - One Block Off King Street - Vacation rental home in Charleston, SC

**Daniel and I wanted to inform you of a new construction project that has newly started on the lot adjacent to our home. The construction will be active Monday-Friday and possibly on Saturday's. The starting time during the week is possibly as early as 7:00am. This is a two year project.

During the different stages of construction, you may or may not be able to hear noise from inside the home. We want to be very transparent with our guests.

We have been successfully hosting guests during the time of construction, but if you feel this will be an issue for your group then please do not book with us at this time.
Daniel and I will continue to go above and beyond to make your vacation an enchanting experience.

Now...about the home....

Begin the day on the sunny patio sitting on a wicker couch with a cup of coffee. Rich wood floors, exposed ceiling beams, and lowcountry decor conjure an air of stately appeal within this historic home dating from 1840.

This 2500 square foot home has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable vacation to Charleston, SC. Guests will adore the location as it is within walking distance to all of the best eateries and touring destinations in the city!
The space
This enormous three story home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of space for everybody to have their privacy. 2 King Beds are located on the second floor and there are 2 Queen beds on the third floor.

There is a full bathroom on each level.

The freshly remodeled kitchen comes equipped with a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and additional wet bar with mini refrigerator and ice maker.

There is a nursery off of the master bedroom on the second floor. There is a changing pad and crib for your use. The nursery has doors so it is very private and peaceful.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and the roomy private backyard. There is parking behind a private gate for one modest car. You can park up to two cars outside of the gate with passes included by host.
Other things to note
We have owned this property for 24 years. Our family takes pride in our home and the Elliotborough/Cannonborough neighborhood. We have supplied a welcome package highlighting amazing eateries, tours, and other appealing attractions- all within walking distance from the home!!

**We are an "instant book" property HOWEVER, we do not allow any sizable events in our home. If you are having a modest gathering, please just let us know the details and I'm sure it will not be a problem.
