With its friendly neighbors, cozy eateries, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This home is ideal for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famed is just steps away. The fantastic eateries, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all nighttime.

As much as we appreciate furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We enjoy your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



???? This is a 100% smoke-complimentary property.

Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



???? Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient suitcases storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service accepts you to securely drop off your bags before check-in or after check-out, so you can discover and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional costs apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
