THE SPACE
This refreshed historic Charleston stay blends classic character with modern comfort. The downstairs unit of a duplex features a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a completely outfitted kitchen, in-unit laundry, and thoughtful details that work well for couples, families, wedding guests, and friend groups. The home is single-level — no stairs inside the unit — and includes central air, dedicated workspace, and a private patio for morning coffee.
GUEST ACCESS
You'll have private access to the entire downstairs unit. Parking is for one car only in the driveway (bigger cars may be a tight fit). Please keep the driveway clear and be considerate of the upstairs tenants. Your door code will be sent on arrival day — check yourself in anytime after 4 PM with the keypad, 24/7.

The apartment sits in the heart of the Spring Street corridor, a few blocks from the Upper King Design District. Top-rated eateries, boutique shopping, and nightlife are all within walking distance.
