The private pool area is located just off the first floor living room and includes a 6+ person outdoor dining table and 2 full lounge chairs for sun-bathing in the Charleston sun or cooling off after a busy day in the city.

QUIET HOURS from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (local ordinance in effect)
** If evidence is found of violation of the above home rules, a fine of $300 per incident will be charged.
POOL: Please be aware that any guests (or other individuals who use the pool by invitation of the guests) use the pool at their own risk and accept all responsibility for such use. The property owner is NOT liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of the pool or adjacent poolside areas.
Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary suitcases drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the nighttime before arrival or the nighttime after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.
Noise Notice:
Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.
* If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.
Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
** In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
** If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
** We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.
